Prime Tier Remote Support Agent
This download is for approved business devices only. Install it only after Prime Tier Technology instructs you to do so.
Before you install
Make sure you are installing the agent on an approved business device and that you have permission from the business or device owner.
- You are an approved Prime Tier Technology client
- You were instructed by Prime Tier to install this agent
- The device has internet access
- You will notify Prime Tier after installation
Download support agent
Click the button below only if Prime Tier Technology instructed you to install the support agent.
After downloading, open the file from your Downloads folder and follow the prompts. Contact Prime Tier Technology if Windows asks a question you are unsure about.
Backup Remote Access Tool
Use this only if Prime Tier Technology instructs you to install an alternative remote support tool because the primary support agent is not working.
If you were not instructed to use this backup tool, install the Windows or Mac Support Agent instead.

Do not install this file on personal, public, shared, or unauthorized devices. Do not forward the download link unless Prime Tier Technology instructs you to do so.
